Klaviyo email Marketing

Drive sales with email Campaigns and Automations

By far the most cost effective way to market your online store is to build and nurture an email list. And Klaviyo email Marketing is the perfect partner for Shopify and Woocommerce online stores

Done well, email marketing should be generating 60 – 70% of your revenue. Using a combination of automated email flows and standalone campaign emails.

Automated Flow Set-up

When you first create your account it’s recommended that you build 5 tried and test automated flows to get the best out of your Klaviyo email marketing. if you choose to work with us we’ll set the following automations up for you:

  • Welcome Sequence – which subscribers receive shortly after they first sign-up. This sequence is designed to build a rapport between the new subscriber and your brand.
  • Browse Abandonment Flow – retargeting website visitors with messaging that encourages purchase.
  • Abandoned Basket Flow – this sequence provides a nudge to complete the purchase.
  • Customer Thank you flow – thanks customer for purchasing and encourages them to complete a review
  • Win Back Flow – re-engage lapsed purchasers.

There are lots of other useful automations too – I’m a big fan of a having a Birthday Flow, with a discount or gift offer linked to the subscriber’s birthday date.

Automation set up costs: £950 for 5 or £250 each

Klaviyo email marketing campaigns

Standalone campaign emails should be generating 25 – 30% of your online revenue.

To achieve this you’ll need to email regularly, delivering targeted campaigns which inspire and engage your subscribers.

For best results you’ll need to segment your list, so you can send relevant campaigns to the sections of your list that will be interested in them.

Campaign email costs: £150 per email

Building your email list should be a key focus of the marketing activity for your online store. Facebook Ads and Pinterest Ads are both excellent ways to bring new people to your store.

One of Helen’s previous clients, who is a friend, recommended her for Facebook Ads. When we started working together, Helen suggested upgrading my email system to Klaviyo and introducing automated flows to take full advantage of the additional website traffic that’d come from the Ads. Then introducing Facebook Ads when the flows were set up. At the time I was using Mailchimp to send occasional emails to all my subscribers.

Helen set all the flows up and created a series of branded templates for me. We moved to regular, fortnightly emails and sending to selected segments rather than the full list. Almost half of my sales this year have come from the automated flows and our campaign emails.

I would really recommend Helen to anyone as she is very knowledgeable and resourceful and I have found her to be continually solution-based in her methods.”
